If you want to transform your life, reclaim your health, and unleash the confidence within you…
And become the person you’ve always known you could be…
Then this will be the most important message you’ll ever read.
Here’s why:
My name is Cory Roboch, believe it or not but I didn’t always have a flat stomach and felt comfortable in my body.
Growing up I was always over weight where I was made fun of for my stomach hanging over my pants so I had to wear oversized clothes just to hide.
I was self conscious, embarrassed and I even remember when my grade 9th teacher told me that I would never have abs so I should just get used to having a big stomach… at the time that statement scared me but looking back I know she didn’t mean it to make me feel bad, however it stuck with me.
I made it my mission to prevent that from being my reality.
I started busting my butt all throughout high school where I lost the weight and earned "Athlete of the Year" all 3 years.
From there I was rewarded a scholarship to play football at the University of Calgary where I studied kinesiology and psychology.
I started personal training in 2010 to help support myself through university where I worked in big box gyms training people of all different levels to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
After finishing my football career at university, I found myself adrift, unsure of where to turn or what to do next...
The structure and discipline of the game that had guided my life for so long were suddenly gone. I spiraled into a dark place, turning to drugs and alcohol to fill the void, trying to drown out the uncertainty and pain.
I had also developed a very bad relationship with food and my body as I felt that my value came from how I looked on the outside and how I performed on the field.
So when I suffered a knee injury I thought my career was over and I believed I was going to gain all the weight back since I couldn’t train as hard.
This is what ended up leading me down a path of disordered eating that only deepened my struggles.
After years of living in this everyday struggle, trying to hide the fact that I was living with an eating disorder as a man, athlete and a health coach, I finally had a break through.
I found a mentor who saw the potential in me that I had lost sight of.
Through consistent therapy, training, guidance, and support, I began to rebuild not just my body, but my entire life.
Fitness stopped being my anchor and became my motivator, my way out of the darkness.
It wasn't easy—it took time, persistence, and a lot of self-reflection—but step by step, I transformed.
As I grew stronger physically, I also grew stronger mentally.
I learned how to fuel my body properly, how to train with purpose, and how to develop the mental toughness needed to overcome any obstacle.
My confidence soared as I realized that if I could conquer my demons, I could achieve anything I set my mind to.
That’s when I knew I had to pay it forward.
I ended up quitting my job as a personal trainer in the gym after 8 years and launched my own online fitness company with a single mission: to help others achieve the same kind of transformation I experienced.
So that they too could go on to live an elite lifestyle, not one where they were just "getting by".
Over the past 14 years, I’ve had the honor of guiding over 1,500 individuals on their fitness journeys.
These aren’t just numbers—they’re real people who have lost weight, built muscle, and most importantly, rediscovered their self-worth.
These people have gone on to lead elite lifestyles, filled with the confidence and energy that comes from truly taking care of their bodies and minds.
I’ve seen firsthand how powerful fitness can be in turning someone’s life around, and I’m dedicated to helping as many people as possible experience this transformation.
So, if you’re ready to make a change, to step into a new chapter of your life where you’re stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever before, I’m here to help.
Because it’s not just about the workouts or the diet—it’s about becoming the best version of yourself.
And I know, without a doubt, that you have what it takes to do just that.
Let’s make it happen together 💪🏻
Your Coach,
Cory Roboch
